I get it - because I've been there.

4.5 months post ACL surgery, lifting weights 6 days a week in the gym didn't intrinsically inspire me. My body was strong, but my mind? It needed something more.

That's when I rediscovered running.

What started as a way to rebuild my confidence after my injiry turned into so much more. Running gave me strength - not just physically, but mentally. It became my empowerment tool, my therapy, my way of showing myself what I was truly capable of. 

And now, I want to help YOU find that same power. Whether you're starting from scratch or chasing a new personal best, this program is designed to meet you where you're at and take you beyond what you thought possible.

Starting my career as a women's health coach 7 years ago has taught me a thing or two, to say the least! Especially through my own personal health journey.

It's safe to say my coaching and practices have immensely evolved over the years. I have never felt so aligned and genuinely authentic with my clients and their profound results, physically and mentally.

RUN WITH PURPOSE

This program takes people with little to no running experience and turns them into 5km or 10km runners in just 6 weeks! It is more than just a running plan. It's a complete approach to help you.

• Improve your aerobic capacity, endurance and speed with a progressive, well designed plan.

• Gain confidence through guided running sessions, including warm ups, activations and cool downs to prevent injury. 

• Find joy and empowerment in every step of your 6 week program

BEGINNER: Perfect for new runners starting from scratch. Learn to build stamina, stay consistent and complete your first running milestone.

INTERMEDIATE: Designed for fitness lovers ready to level up. Focus on interval training, speed work and improving your running practise.

ADVANCED: For the running enthusiasts chasing their next big goal. Develop endurance, build strength and refine your performance.

MIND & BODY

Running is as much mental as it is physical. Discover how running boosts endorphins, clears the mind and builds resilience over 6 weeks.

GUIDANCE

Learn proper techniques to warm up, cool down and stretch to prevent injury. I will guide you through every step of the process. From preparing for your first run to recovering after a big event. 

SOUL & POWER

Feel the confidence and empowerment that comes from showing up for yourself. Running teaches discipline, courage and trust in capabilities. 

TRAINING STRUCTURE

Each session is designed to maximise progress.. warm ups to activate, structured intervals to improve and cool downs for recovery.

Plus, you'll gain insights on prepping for events like 5km, 10km or beyond
