Airlie Beach T&Cs

Thank you so much for booking onto our Indi Active Fitness + Lifestyle Retreat, we are so excited to have you on board. We just need to clarify a few things in booking your spot on the chosen retreat.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. References to “us”, “we”, and/or “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Indi Active Australia.

Pricing - All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Prices are quoted in (AUD) Australia Dollars. All deposits are required to be paid before bookings will be processed. Payment of deposit means acceptance of all terms and conditions. Full payment required 9 weeks before departure. If bookings are made within 9 weeks of departure, full payment is required immediately.

Package Inclusions - As part of your Indi Active Airlie Beach Package you will get 6 nights accommodation, daily breakfast, daily activities included. Flights are not included in package price and guests must make travel arrangements themselves to Airlie Beach for day 1 of retreat. Arrival can be at anytime however, we do recommend arriving no later than 6pm on day 1.

Travel Insurance - All Indi Active Fitness Retreat attendees MUST take our comprehensive travel insurance to travel with us. This will need to be purchased and policy number provided to us at least 45 days prior to travel. This can be purchased through our Retreats Assistance Georgi who will provide Covermore YourCover Plus Comprehensive travel insurance which we strongly recommend you take so we can assist with any claims if needed to be made. Should you choose to purchase your own insurance, please ensure this will cover for cancellation, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accident, death and loss of personal baggage and money and personal liability insurance. If you are taking our credit card insurance please ensure this has comprehensive cover as most of these do not.

Health - Any medical/health issues you may have must be provided to us at the time of booking. If anything arises once booked, we must also be notified. Note, if felt appropriate an Indi Active Coach may request a medical clearance from your local doctor.

Pricing & Rooming - Pricing is per person and based on twin share. If you would like to be rooming with someone else travelling whom you are friends with, please put this on your booking form and we will try our best to ensure you are both roomed together. This is on a request based only and is not guaranteed. Once you have paid your deposit the price will not change. You must pay the remaining balance by the due date or a late payment fee of $30 will apply. An additional $100 will apply if balance has not been paid by 7 days. If balance is not paid after 14 days your booking will be cancelled. Deposit is non refundable.

Change & Cancellation Fees - Once you have paid your deposit, you will be unable to change departure dates. If you are needing to cancel your trip once booked but not paid in full your deposit is non refundable. If you are needing to cancel your trip after the final payment is due 75% of your trip is non refundable. If you need to cancel up until 4 weeks before departure, your trip is 100% non refundable. Please contact Georgi or Brie if you are needing to change or cancel your trip.

COVID-19 & Travel Advice - Indi Active Retreats will only run based on Australian Government Covid-19 restrictions. If borders close and participants are unable to travel due to government restrictions we will do our best to reaccommodate at a later date. If you’re unable to travel on new dates then a full refund will be given to guests. Guests will need to ensure they are allowed to travel to Queensland and must take full responsibility in obtaining any border permits for arrival into Queensland.

Special Requirements - Please advise us of any special requirements you may have on your booking form. This includes any medical, meal requests etc.

Travel Documents - These will be provided to you 2 weeks prior to departure. Please ensure if you have changed your postal address from the time you book until 4 weeks prior that you have updated this with Brie.

Schedule Changes - Unfortunately, when it comes to travel not everything is always on time. We may experience schedule changes from the airline which are completely out of our control. We will however do our best to ensure minimal disruptions throughout our retreats.

Retreats will go ahead providing the Australian Government Covid 19 restrictions allow us to. If you are in a state and borders are closed to Queensland at time of retreat and you are unable to come, we will cancel your spot on the Indi Active Retreat and you will receive 100% refund if we cannot reaccommodate you on the next retreat.

Liability - Indi Active Australia does not accept any liability of any nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense, inconvenience or loss of enjoyment caused directly or indirectly or any other event which is beyond our control & which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Neither Indi Active nor any of it’s representatives accepts any responsibility for oceanic occurence or climatic conditions that do match your own expectations or beyond your capabilities. All activities engaged in are solely at your own risk and of your own choice.

Privacy Policy - Indi Active is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. Your full name and d.o.b will be provided, whom also will not pass on any of your personal details.
