Cancellation Policy

1:1 Session Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to book a 1:1 session. To ensure the best experience for both of us, please review the booking policy below: 1. Booking Confirmation: Your session will be confirmed once full payment has been received. 2. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. This includes no-shows and last-minute cancellations. In the event of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. While refunds are not guaranteed, I may be able to offer a one-time reschedule at my discretion. 3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation and are not eligible for a refund. 4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
