The brain cannot grasp the negative, so when you say, "I want to stop being stressed!" all your brain hears is "stressed", which guess what? It leads to more stress!

The secret? Flip the script!


Focus on the positive - switch up your language to be positive & empowering.


Instead of “I need to stop gaining weight and feeling crap”

Say - "I want to be strong, healthy, vibrant and full of energy."

By concentrating on the affirmative, you direct your energy toward attracting those desired outcomes.

Remember, the more you focus on certain words, the more you'll draw them into your life.


Instead of fixating on what you don't want, concentrate on what you do want and who you want to become.
