As we get close to the end of 2023, I encourage you to take some time to reflect on the year it has been for you using the questions below.

As important as goal setting and intention setting is, so is reflecting!

If you're a bit like me and value personal evolution and growth (seeking more from life) then I suspect you will find great value in these journal prompts. Use them at the end of every calendar year, your birthday or the astrology year to shine a light on your milestones, growth and the woman you've become.

RECOMMENDATION ​• Use a positive framework for each goal (focus on what you want, not what you don't want!) When you think about your future, be sure to describe it in a positive way.


If you focus on what you don't want, then this is exactly what you will get.


Be sure to write your goal in positive terms and also in the past tense.


The unconscious mind doesn't recognise negatives, so when you say, for example,"I don't want to be stressed!" Your unconscious mind only hears, "I want to be stressed!"

Be sure to talk about what you DO want!​

Your brain is a goal-setting machine, and the more specific you are with your desired outcome, the better.
