  • EMBODIMENT WORKSHOP
    Opening and closing the day will be lead by our amazing Retreat Manager and the most congruent human we know - CJ. Combining a full moon (letting go) Cacao Ceremony and Embodiment Workshop on the roof top at sunset, you will walk away feeling aligned to your purpose and values, and how to best integrate them into your life.
  • ICE BATH AND ENERGY HEALING SESSION
    Be truly amazed with Sammy's profound Breathwork and Icebath session that will awaken your body's natural healing capacity, releasing negative energy stored in the body that is not serving you. This session will stretch you out of your comfort zone, leaving you both surprised and deeply proud of your capabilities.
  • MINDSET WORKSHOP
    20+ years of experience within the self-development world, 13+ different modalities and a powerful subconscious process to identify and release major emotional blocks that hold people back from reaching their truest potential, happiest and healthiest, authentic self. JP's mindset workshop will resonate so deeply that your mind will literally be blown! This session will help you to profoundly understand and shift your mindset, language and perspective to empower you to increase the quality of your life in all areas.
  • SUNSET STRETCH AND FLOW
    You will finish the beautiful day off with a nice, easy stretch and flow on BR's rooftop! Perfect way to ease back into a grounded state after the ice bath session.
  • HOLISTIC WELLNESS WORKSHOP
    Sandra has a wealth of knowledge and experience, providing you with the most extensive, cutting-edge information in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and self-care. This workshop is designed to empower women to experience prosperity with their health and wellness. Sandra will give you easy-to-apply tools and insights to help you create a healthier, cleansing lifestyle.
  • BEACH BREATH WORK
    Brooke will start the day by opening our senses through a guided breath-work session on the beach as the sun rises, allowing you to connect your mind and body while opening your heart in a profound new way to receive all the magic our day offers. You will walk away with a clear intention for the day ahead and some simple breath-work sequences to utilise in your everyday life.
  • SWEAT SESSION
    Meg is passionate about encouraging more women to take their movement and mindset to new levels. Meg and BR will take us through an epic session tailored to all fitness levels. This strength and Conditioning sweat session will be both fun and challenging.
  • SUNRISE YOGA
    Our day begins with Ian hosting a yoga session on the beach to ground and centre us, ready for an epic day ahead. Our favourite Yogi teacher will give you a whole new understanding and appreciation for your mind, body, soul and Yoga! You will leave the beach feeling revitalised, empowered and grounded. #itsjustyoga
  • HOLISTIC WELLNESS AND MINDSET WORKSHOP
    Brie has a wealth of knowledge and experience, providing you with the most extensive, cutting-edge information in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and self-care. This workshop is designed to empower women to experience prosperity with their health, wellness and mindset BR will give you easy-to-apply tools and insights to help you create a healthier, cleansing lifestyle.
