Here’s the good news: Granola’s oats deliver fiber and iron, while nuts and seeds add heart healthy unsaturated fats. Granola can boost energy levels and cognitive functions in the body.
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 3/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa flakes
  • 1/2 cup Bukinis
  • 2 tsp. Chia seeds
  • 2-3 tps. Rice Malt syrup
  • 2 tbs. Coconut oil
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Pink Salt

METHOD

  • Finely chop nuts, mix dry ingredients
  • Melt Coconut Oil & Rice Malt Syrup
  • Combine dry & wet ingredients
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes at 170′.
