Protein pancakes are a new trend that combines health food with guilty pleasures. These easy protein pancakes are made with only six ingredients and are done in about 15 minutes! A great high protein breakfast recipe to start off the day.



  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup of plain chobani greek yogurt


  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Mash the banana in a bowl
  • Add the egg & protein powder and stir till combined
  • Add yogurt, baking powder, vanilla essences and stir till combined
  • Heat pan on medium & add a light dash of butter
  • Pour your preferred amount & cook till golden or how you like it.
