INGREDIENTS…
➰Part one
• 3 Bananas
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Vanilla Bean • 1/4 cup of Coconut Oil
• 1 tsp. of Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. of Bicarbonate Soda
• 1 tsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar
➰Part two
• 1 3/4 cups of Almond Meal
• 1/4 cup of Coconut Flour
➰ Part three
• A handful of Walnuts **optional

METHOD…
– Preheat over to 160 degrees
– Blend all of part 1 together until smooth
– Add part 2 and blend until smooth
– Add in walnuts and fold into mixture with a spatula
– Pour mixture into a bread tin lined with baking paper or coconut oil
– Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes
– Remover from the oven
– Serve 1 slice with @ Chobani yogurt and strawberries
